Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of online test (English Language, General Awareness with special reference to Banking Industry, Financial Management), and/or personal interview. The examination will be conducted online in Ahmedabad, Bangaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Panaji, Patna, Raipur, Ranchi, Shimla and Thiruvananthapuram.
Candidates applying for Security Officer Post will be selected on the basis of Personal Interview and/or Group Discussion depending on the number of eligible candidates.
Credit Officer, Manager- Degree (Graduation) in any discipline with minimum 60% marks along with MBA/PGDBM/ PGBM/ PGDBA from institute of repute (two/three year programme) / Post-graduation degree in Commerce/ Science /Economics. (candidates appearing in the final year of examination of MBA/ PGDBM/ PGBM/ PGDBA from institute of repute (two/three year programme) / Post-graduation degree in Commerce/ Science / Economics are eligible to apply, However their final result should be declared on or before 30th June 2017); OR Chartered Accountant, OR ICWA, OR Company Secretary.
Freshers are most welcome for Credit Officer Post. Candidates applying for Manager position must have minimum two years of experience as an Officer.
Security Officer- Candidates must be Graduate from recognized university or equivalent. Candidates should have minimum three months certification in computer course or Information Technology or related paper as one of the subjects at graduation level or afterwards. candidate should be an Officer with a minimum of five years of Commissioned Service in the Army/Navy/Air Force; OR The candidate should be a police officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police with minimum 5 years of Service; OR The candidate should be of the rank equivalent to Assistant Commandant with minimum five years’ service in Paramilitary Forces.
Candidates must have fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria, for consideration of job positions. Candidates must possess minimum 60% marks (55% marks in case of SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates) at graduation level.
Age Limit As on 10-April-2017:
Credit Officer- Minimum 21 years and Maximum 30 years
Manager- Minimum 23 years and Maximum 35 years
Security Officer- Minimum 25 years and Maximum 40 years. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
