Eligibility Criteria: The candidates those who are applying for the post of Advocate in the Court of civil and criminal jurisdiction must have atleast an experience of 7 years. Also they should meet up with the specified criteria that are as per the jurisdiction rules and procedures.
The age limit that is specified for the post of Advocate must be below than 35 years and should not exceed 45 years of age (General class) and for SC/ST the age relaxations are made upto 48 years.
Pay Scale: The pay scale which is offered by the company for the post is Rs. 51500-1230-58930-1380-63070 per month plus the allowances as admissible under rules. The approximate total pay includes an amount of Rs.78847.
Selection Process: The selection process is based on certain criteria that include-
- The candidate should be the citizen of India and must be a holder of degree in Law from a recognized university.
- The candidate have to appear for a screening test that is comprises of 100 marks , out of which 90 marks will cover general knowledge, comprehensive, aptitude, expression of law, English etc and 10 marks will cover proficiency in official languages of state of Assam.
- The candidates those who had cleared the exam with 60% of marks will be made to apply for final test, after which interview will be conducted for the selected candidates.
