General Ability Test Pattern: The test will be of two hours duration and the medium of the test will be both Hindi and English. The test will be an objective type with multiple choices of answers. The Test will carry a maximum of 100 marks. There will be penalty for wrong answer. Every wrong answer will carry a deduction of one-third of the marks assigned to that question.
General Ability Test Syllabus: General Science & Knowledge of Computer Applications; General Mental Ability & Quantitative Aptitude; Social Security in India; General English to evaluate candidate’s understanding of English language and workman like use of word.
Industrial Relations and Labour Laws; Indian Freedom Struggle; Current Events and Developmental Issues; Indian Polity and Economy; General Accounting Principles.
Selection procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Recruitment Test and Interview. Only those candidates who qualify in recruitment test, will be called for interview. Recruitment Test and Interview carry 50:50 weightage.

UPSC Recruitment 53/2016 Notification: 257 Enforcement Officers/ Accounts Officers in EPFO: UPSC invited online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Permanent Group B Non-Ministerial Post of Enforcement Officers/ Accounts Officers in Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation, Ministry of Labour & Employment. Candidates will be selected on the basis of Recruitment Test and Interview. Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of two years.
Enforcement Officers/ Accounts Officers in EPFO: 257 Vacancies (Unreserved- 137 Posts, SC- 30 Posts, ST- 06 Posts, OBC- 84 Posts; 21 Posts are reserved for Physically Challenged Persons with disability/ disabilities candidates)
Qualification: Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in any Subject.
Candidates having Bachelor’s degree in Law/ Integrated five years Degree in Law/ Masters in Business Administration/ Post Graduate Diploma in Management/ Company Secretary/ Chartered Accountant/ Cost & Management Accountant; and have two years experience in Administration/ Accounts/ Legal Matters in any government or Listed-Private Organisation would get preferred.
Upper Age Limit: 30 years. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale: Rs. 9,300- 34,800/- (Pa Band-2) + Rs. 4,600/- (Grade Pay)
