Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess Master Degree in relevant discipline. Degree /Diploma / Certificate in Teacher Education (Preferably Elementary Teacher Education) with 55% marks.
Candidates should have minimum three years experience in school/ TEIs/ Educational Planning & Administration level of which at least two years would be in Educational Planning/ Administration/ working experience in SCERT/ Teacher Education institutes/ SSA/ RMSA. OR three years experience of Planning/ Administration preferably in State/ District/ Block level planning or in social service sector/ working experience in SCERT/ Teacher Education Institutes/ SSA/ RMSA; will be preferred.

Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 38 years as on 01-January-2017. There is five years of relaxation in upper age limit for SC/ ST category candidates.
