Qualification: Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree, and two years full time MSW/MBA (with specialization in HRM/ Personnel Management and Industrial Relations)/ Postgraduate Degree/ Postgraduate Diploma (2 years full time) in HRM/ Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with specialization in HR.
Age: Maximum 25 years as on 01-September-2018. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
Pay: Rs. 40,000 – 3% – 1,40,000 + admissible allowances
